How to compare oil strength

Use total actives, bottle volume and concentration together.

The largest milligram number is not automatically the clearest choice. Start by checking whether the number describes CBD alone or several combined actives.

Next, compare bottle volume. Divide total declared milligrams by millilitres to calculate concentration per ml. GEN:LIFT, for example, declares 700mg combined CBG and CBD in 30ml, which is approximately 23.3mg combined actives per ml.

Concentration is not a serving recommendation. Final directions belong on the approved product label, and the amount you use should never be inferred from a comparison table.
